AVN GmbH designs and manufactures systems and system components for bulk material handling and filtration technology. From the initial consultation through planning, construction, and commissioning to comprehensive service, we are your competent partner.

CONSULTING

Our qualified and experienced engineers provide consulting and planning services for the plants and all plant components. Their more than 35 years of experience in the planning and construction of process plants contributes significantly to the efficiency of the products.

PLANNING

The design and construction of the apparatus and pressure equipment is carried out in accordance with the relevant Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU in conjunction with the AD2000 / EN13445 standards. Our technicians and designers are supported by state-of-the-art development and CAD programs (2D and 3D).

MANUFACTURING

In our production facility, we manufacture the complete product range of AVN GmbH, but also apparatus, pressure equipment and systems according to customer specifications in almost all common materials such as S235, P 265, chromium-nickel steels such as 1.4571 and 1.4539 up to Alloy 59 2.4605 and Hastelloy 2.4610, 2.4600.

SERVICE

We offer spare parts procurement, including on-site stock management upon request, providing 24-hour service, as well as the manufacturing of custom parts (for obsolete and no longer available components).

Our after-sales service includes maintenance for our own product range and third-party products. Repairs can also be carried out on weekends by prior arrangement.

AUDIT

Upon request, our experienced installation personnel can also handle the assembly and commissioning of the delivered components. Depending on the agreement, the installation work can range from simple site supervision to complete assembly. This includes, upon request, the electrical installation of the system, including all necessary equipment and lifting gear, as well as calibration.

CERTIFICATES & STANDARDS

We are certified for the construction of pressure equipment according to the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, in accordance with AD 2000 Merkblatt HPO (TRB 200), and for internal production control up to module A2. Furthermore, we hold certifications according to DIN EN 13455 and DIN EN ISO 3834-3. Our compliance with welding-related quality requirements according to DIN EN 729-3, as well as our procedure qualifications according to EN 288 and the qualifications of our welding and testing personnel, are continuously updated in conjunction with TÜV.
